If you’ve forgotten your password for the RTPS Bihar portal, follow these steps to reset it and regain access to your account:
Start the Login Process
Click on the “Login” option on the login page. Scroll down slightly and click on the “Proceed to Login” button. This will take you to the login screen where you can enter your password to sign in.
Forgot Your Password?
If you’ve forgotten your password, don’t worry. Click on the “Forgot Password” option on the login screen.
Enter Your Details
You will be directed to a screen where you need to provide your mobile number or email ID associated with your account. Enter your details and click “Submit.”
Reset Using Aadhaar Card (If Needed)
If you don’t remember your mobile number, you can also reset your password using your Aadhaar card details. Follow the on-screen instructions for this option.
Receive OTP
After entering your mobile number or Aadhaar details, an OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your mobile. Enter the OTP on the portal and click “Submit.”
Temporary Password
You will receive a temporary password via SMS, which is valid for 30 minutes. Use this temporary password to log in to your account.
Create a New Password
Once logged in with the temporary password, you will be prompted to create a new password. Enter and confirm your new password, then click “Next.”
Complete the Process
After successfully updating your password, click the “Close” button. You will be redirected to the login page.
Log In with Your New Password
Enter your mobile number and the new password you created. Click “Sign In” to access your account.
