To apply for a Sub-Division or District Level Non-Creamy Layer Certificate, you must first obtain a Block Level Residential Certificate, which is a mandatory prerequisite.

Steps for Issuance of Non-Creamy Layer Certificate

  • Do you have an Issued Certificate?: Select whether you already possess a previously issued Non-Creamy Layer Certificate (Yes/No).

Category Information

  • Category: Select your category (OBC, BC, etc.).
  • Name of Caste: Select your caste from the dropdown.
  • Serial No. of Caste in Bihar Govt. List: Enter the serial number of your caste in the Bihar government list (available in official documentation or online databases).

Family Details

  • Father’s Name: Enter your father’s name.
  • Mother’s Name: Enter your mother’s name.
  • Husband’s Name (if applicable): Enter the name of your spouse.
  • Mobile No. of Applicant: Enter your mobile number to receive updates and the certificate via SMS.
  • Email of Applicant: Enter your email address for certificate delivery.
