The Registration Department of Bihar facilitates online payments for registration services. This includes fees for stamp duty, registration, and other associated charges for property and document registration.

Steps to Apply for E-Payment

1. Enter Party Details:

  • Party Name: Enter the name of the party involved in the registration.
  • Mobile Number: Provide a valid mobile number for communication.
  • Email ID: Input your email address where you will receive payment confirmation and further communication.
  • Address Details: Fill in the address of the party.
  • Aadhar Number: Enter your Aadhar number for identification.

2. Enter Registry Office Details:

  • Registry Office District: Select your district from the dropdown menu.
  • Registry Office: Choose the specific registry office where the registration will take place.

3. Enter Fee Details:

  • Stamp Duty: Enter the stamp duty amount as required for your registration.
  • Registration & Other Fees: Input the necessary registration fees.
  • LIR & Proc Fees: Enter the required Local Inspection Report (LIR) and processing fees.The total fees to be paid will be automatically calculated and displayed under Challan Total Amount.

4. Generate e-Challan:

Once all the details are filled in, click on Proceed to generate an e-Challan for payment.

5. Make Payment:

Follow the instructions provided to complete the payment using one of the available methods, such as:

  • Debit Card
  • Cash/Cheque/Draft

After completing these steps, click the Apply Now button to proceed to the next phase of your registration process.
