Important Note:

To apply for an income certificate at the Sub-Division or District Level, you must first obtain a Block Level Residential Certificate. This certificate is necessary for further applications.

Step-by-Step Process to Apply for an Income Certificate

  • Gender: Choose from Male, Female, or Third Gender.
  • Salutation: Select the appropriate salutation (e.g., Mr., Mrs., Miss).
  • Name of Applicant: Enter your full name as per official records.
  • Father’s Name: Provide your father’s name.
  • Mother’s Name: Enter your mother’s full name.
  • Husband’s Name (if applicable): Provide your husband’s name if relevant.
  • Mobile Number: Enter your mobile number for receiving updates via SMS.
  • Email Address: Enter your email address for receiving the certificate and notifications.

Address Details:

  • State: Select your state from the dropdown menu.
  • District: Choose your district.
  • Sub-Division: Select the applicable sub-division.
  • Block: Choose your block.
  • Type of Local Body: Select Village Panchayat, Municipal Corporation, Municipality, or Town Panchayat.
  • Ward Number: Enter the ward number of your locality.
  • Village/Town: Enter the name of your village or town.
  • Post Office: Enter your post office details.
  • Police Station: Select the police station under whose jurisdiction your area falls.
  • Pin Code: Enter the pin code for your locality.

Aadhaar Number:

Enter your Aadhaar number for identity verification.

Other Details:

  • Profession: Select your profession from the dropdown menu.
  • Purpose of Application: Specify the reason for applying for the income certificate.

Income Details

  • Income from Government Service: Enter the annual income from government service, if applicable.
  • Income from Agriculture: Enter income from agricultural activities, if applicable.
  • Income from Business: Enter income generated from business, if applicable.
